Senior Proposal Manager – Drive Global EPC Excellence from Milan

Are you a strategic thinker with a sharp technical eye for complex energy projects? At Arkad, we are entering a new era of growth, recently securing a major multi-year contract with a primary international O&G entity. We are looking for a Senior Proposal Manager to join our team in Milan and lead the development of winning technical and commercial bids.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bid Strategy: Partner with management to define the winning execution strategy and maximize cost-estimate competitiveness.
• Team Leadership: Coordinate multidisciplinary departments (Engineering, Procurement, Legal) to ensure high-quality, timely, and compliant proposals.
• Negotiation & Partnerships: Act as the primary interface with Clients and negotiate consortium/subcontract agreements with global partners.
• Risk Management: Lead comprehensive risk analysis to ensure the financial and operational feasibility of our future projects.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Minimum 6 years in Engineering/Contracting for the Oil & Gas/Energy sector, with at least 3 years specifically as a Proposal Manager on EPC contracts.
• Location: Currently based in Italy (mandatory). Experience within the Italian EPC ecosystem is highly preferred.
• Technical Background: Engineering Master’s Degree with sound knowledge of project execution.
• Languages: Full professional proficiency in English (French is a significant plus).
• Mindset: Adaptable, collaborative, and ready to meet the tight schedules of international tenders.
